Candidate Profile: 

• 5 Year Vertical Transport Experience or similar
• Electrical &/Or Mechanical Trade
• White card
• Drivers Licence 

Key Responsibilities: 

In this role you will be responsible for the “portfolio” allocated to you, this includes all types of servicing requirements. Portfolio mix may change from time to time as per EI Managers instruction.

• Maintain lifts in accordance with manufacturers requirements.
• Attend to Person In Lift (PIL) calls as quickly as possible
• Use and maintain company CRM, complete follow ups, close off cases and show chargeable call outs
• Add suitable detail in CRM when closing Cases, including and not limited to error codes, fault categories, parts etc
• Check & respond to work related queries (phone, email, text) within 1 hour.
• Identify and replace faulty parts as required or alternatively report to Team Leader.
• Be involved in the after-hours roster as required  
• Attend to breakdown calls as needed
• Help other team members on tasks as requested.
• Assist in WIP list activities as instructed by Team Leader.
• Identify and immediately report any Safety concerns affecting the product or workplace environment.
