Candidate Profile: 

• Minimum 5 years Technical lift & escalator experience
• Electrical Licence &/or Electronic Knowledge Equivalent
• Knowledge of Lift Code Requirements 
• Drivers Licence 
• White Card

Key Responsibilities: 

This role means, you are the voice of the Existing Installation (EI) team in NSW, you will be their advocate to help them be successful. You will also be the main line of communication between the NSW EI team and the EI Manager.

• Day to day technical consultation (NSW)
• Provide technical assistance for third-party providers
• Completion of training of all Breakdown, Service, Tuning and Stripping & Cleaning Teams
• Team allocations & personnel management
• Involved in HR/Performance Reviews with EI Manager
• Ensure products are maintained according to Australian Standards
• Servicing of non-Kleemann manufactured product
• Review of Closed cases for technical review and keeping abreast of technical concerns.
• Last tier fault escalation & prior to OpS
• Maintain lifts in accordance with manufacturers requirements  
• Attend to breakdowns as advised, in a timely manner
• Attend to Person in Lift (PIL) calls as quickly as possible
• Offer solutions to suppliers on particular faults or product improvements
• Be involved in the after-hours roster as required  
• Conduct audit checks of maintenance
• Technician training
• Conduct consultative inspections
• Lead site repair, upgrade, and modernisation delivery to agree customer contract outcome
