Key Responsibilities: 

This role means, you are the voice of the Installation team, you will be their advocate to help them be successful, represent the installation teams at starts and completions meetings. You will also be the main line of communication between the Installation team and the Installation Manager.

  • Day to day technical consultation
  • Analyse and correct problems identified by team
  • Completion of 100 training modules for Supervisors
  • Ensure completion of 50 TA’s training modules by each Supervisor  
  • Team allocations and personnel management 
  • Site visits planned and reactive
  • Approval of site installation programs with site supervisor.
  • Turning lifts on for ALL installations
  • Ensure defects on new lifts are rectified and close out activities on CRM
  • Fill in for Installation Manager if they are absent
  • Be involved in all team NCR process resolution 
  • Conduct minimum of 50 safety inspections per year
  • Conduct all training sessions face to face
  • Site visit start, middle and completion of installation
  • Maintaining a maximum defect KPI at Testing of no more than 3
  • Maintaining Zero defects going into service
  • Making sure all Near Miss are recorded
  • Ensure teams are completing work in the agreed programme
  • Attending starts and completions meetings
  • Provide teams with site programs within 3 days of start
  • Complete 100 toolbox meetings face to face
  • Ensure implementation of Milestone Reports face to face 
  • Attending office meetings
  • Arranging of tools and local materials   
  • Arranging of spare parts & liaising with Spare Parts Manager
  • HR/ Performance Reviews
  • Ensure testing readiness
  • Ensure products installed comply with Australian Standards
  • Resolve delivery shortages/damaged/replacement or missing boxes.
  • Conduct Monthly Toolbox meeting in conjunction with Installation Manager
  • Ensure punctuality and company guidelines in relation to appearance is adhered to.
