The Company discloses that in the Interim Financial Statements of 31 March 2009, as well as in the published Figures and Information of the period from 1 January to 31 March 2009, as they published at 27/05/2009, takes place the following changes:

1. At the "Figures and Information of the period from 01 January to 31 March 2009", in the Table named "STATEMENT OF TOTAL COMPREHENSIVE INCOME" for the Group, in respect with the period of 01.01.-31.03.2009, in the figure "Profit/(Loss) before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization" has been presented incorrectly the amount of 3.124 thousand euros, instead of the correct 3.046 thousand euros.

2. At the "Interim Financial Statement of 31 March 2009". In the Table named "INTERIM STATEMENT OF INCOME" for the Group, in respect with the period of 01.01.-31.03.2009, in the figure "Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization" has been presented incorrectly the amount of 3.123.629 euros, instead of the correct 3.046.096 euros.

The Figures and Information as well as the Interim Financial Statements for the period 1.01.2009 - 31.03.2009, (with the above correction) is available on the Company site www.kleemann.gr as well as on the Hellenic Exchanges S.A. site www.ase.gr.
