The Board of Directors of KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A announces, in accordance with its 128/June 22, 2004 decision and the terms defined in article 16 of L. 2190/1920, the sale of the aggregate of 25.000 own shares acquired by the Company at June 24, 2001. The minimum sale price was defined at € 4.40 per share and the time period for the completion of the sale transactions was defined from June 23, 2004 untill June 27, 2004.
