KLEEMANN proceeded in establishing a subsidiary company in Zagreb, named KLEEMANN DIZALA D.o.o., aiming to further strengthen its presence in the market of Croatia.The initial share capital of the new subsidiary amounts to 50 thous. euros and the shareholder by 100% is KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A. The purpose of the new company is the trading of complete elevator systems in the domestic market.
