KLEEMANN GROUP proceeded in establishing a subsidiary company in Germany, near Dusseldorf,

named KLEEMANN AUFZÜGE GmbH, aiming to further strengthen its presence in the German market.

The initial share capital of the new subsidiary is 500 thous. euros, with the sole shareholder (100%)

being the subsidiary of KLEEMAN HELLAS in England, KLEEMANN LIFTS UK.

The purpose of the new company is the trading of complete elevator systems and further enhances

the overall product range of the Group. Through the operation of the new subsidiary, the

management of KLEEMANN aims to strengthen the Group's international sales.
