(“HELEX”), dated 27.04.2017, “KLEEMANN HELLAS Incorporated Company Industrial, Commercial Company for Mechanical Construction S.A.” (the “Company”) announces that as of 27.04.2017 MCA ORBITAL GLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD ( “the Offeror”) is registered with the Dematerialized Securities System (“DSS”), as the new owner of 846,745 ordinary registered shares, which were the subject-matter of the Offeror’s squeeze-out right, exercised further to and pursuant to the decision of the Board of the Directors of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission with no. 1/780/04.04.2017.

Consequently, MCA ORBITAL GLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD holds, directly, 23,648,700 shares in total, representing 100% of the total paid up capital and voting rights in the Company.
