• The Annual Report of the fiscal year 2012, the Figures & Information as well as the relevant press release bulletin will be available in the Company's website (www.kleemann.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.ase.gr) after the end of trading on Friday, March 29th 2013.
• The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders will be held on Wednesday 26th of June 2013. The Company retains the right to adjust the above dates, after timely informing investors.
