Within the framework of the article 10 par. 1 of L. 3340/2005 provisions, of 3/347/12-07-2005 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the article 276 of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, Kleemann Hellas S.A. announces that the establishment of a new subsidiary in Bucharest, Romania will be completed until the end of the current year.
It is about a Limited Liability Company (LTD) with 2 (two) corporate shares. The first corporate share, corresponding to the 70% of total corporate capital will belong to KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A. and the second share, corresponding to 30% of the total corporate capital will belong to a private investor.
Main activity of the new subsidiary will be the trading of complete lifts.
The company will proceed to a new announcement upon finalization of the establishment of the new subsidiary.
