At the examined period, the pre-tax profits with non-recurring results of the company performed a small rise of 0,4% and were formed to 1,109 billion against 1,104 billion GDR, during the first semester of 2000, due to the formation of the non operational results of the first semester of the current financial year to 134 million GDR while during the equivalent period of the last year it was 275 million GDR
The increase in sales of the semester is the outcome of the strategy that the company followed - at manufacturing process as well as commercially - by the development of new products and globalization of its activity.
About the total of the current financial year, Kleemann is expecting an increase in turnover and profits, whereas sales are expected to surpass the amount of 11,5 billion GDR and profits to surpass the amount of 2,2 billion GDR, whereas in 2000 it closed with a turnover of 9,4 billion and profits of 2,09 billion GDR
The expansion of sales is expected to come from the turnover of the subsidiaries (Turkey, Italy, Germany), by the launch of new products to the market (panel, doors, cabins) and the penetration to new markets through exports.
