KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A. announces, according to articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and in the context of providing accurate and timely information to investors, the following amendment to its Financial Calendar for the year 2014 regarding the share capital decrease:
- The ex-rights date for the receipt of the capital decrease is set on Tuesday, 29th of July 2014. - Beneficiaries of the capital decrease are the shareholders registered in the records of the Dematerialised Securities System on Thursday, 31st of July 2014, date of determination of beneficiaries (record date).
- Payment of the share capital decrease will begin on Wednesday, 6th of August 2014 instead of Friday, 8th of August 2014. The Company retains the right to adjust the above dates, after timely informing investors.
