KLEEMANN announces that, according to the article 279 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on June 19, 2008, the dividend for the fiscal year 2007 amounts to Euro 0.32 per share. Beneficiaries of the above mentioned dividend are the holders of the Company's shares at the end of the Athens Exchange's trading session on Monday, July 7, 2008. Ex-dividend date was assigned Tuesday, July 8, 2008.

Consequently, from that day company's shares will be traded to the Athens Exchange ex dividend. The commencement of the dividend payment will be carried out from Wednesday, July 16, 2008 through PIRAEUS BANK S.A. (Custody Department of PIRAEUS BANK, 4 Aristidou st. Athens P.O. 105 59) as follows: 1. Through the operators in the Dematerialised Securities System (D.S.S.), according to articles 329 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and 39 of the Central Securities Depositary Regulation. Dividend collection for the above mentioned cases 2 and 3 is possible till 31/12/20013 and it will be realized with the presentation of a copy of the D.S.S. data and the Identity Card, either in person or through a legally authorized representative.
