Maintenance Coordinator

Required Qualifications:

  • High School or Vocational School (IEK) diploma
  • 1–3 years of prior experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
  • Knowledge of WinLift software (optional)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer portfolio and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare maintenance agreements and subcontractor contracts
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate technical teams
  • Record and follow up on customer complaints
  • Prepare financial offers for clients
  • Monitor retail client balances
  • Track and assign maintenance issues and faults
  • Order spare parts as needed
  • Organize and monitor technician schedules
