KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A. announces that, according to the article 279 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on June 18, 2007, the dividend for the fiscal year 2006 amounts to Euro 0.30 per share.
Beneficiaries of the above mentioned dividend are the holders of the Company's shares at the end of the Athens Stock Exchange's trading session on Monday, July 16, 2007.
Ex-dividend date was assigned Tuesday, July 17, 2007. Consequently, from that day company's shares will be traded to the Athens Stock Exchange ex dividend. The commencement of the dividend payment will be carried out from July 25, 2007 through PIRAEUS BANK S.A. (Custody Department of PIRAEUS BANK, 4 Aristidou st. Athens P.O. 105 59) as follows:

Through the branches of Piraeus Bank, for those shareholders that have asked exception from their D.S.S. Operators, or keep their shares at the special account of their portion.
For shareholders unable to be credited by their D.S.S. Operators, for various reasons, dividend may be collected from July 31, 2007, through the network of branches of Piraeus Bank.
Dividend collection for the above mentioned cases 2 and 3 is possible till 31/12/20012 and it will be realized with the presentation of a copy of the D.S.S. data and the Identity Card, either in person or through a legally authorized representative.
