Establishment of a New Subsidiary Company in Romania
KLEEMANN Hellas group "sets foot" in the market of Romania, having completed all typical procedures for the establishment of a subsidiary company in Romania.
The new subsidiary company, having the name KLEEMANN Lift Ro and its registered headquarters in Bucharest, will be actively involved in trading complete lift systems in Romania.
The initial share capital of the new subsidiary (Limited Liability Company- L.L.C.) amounts to 100.000 Euros, in which η KLEEMANN Hellas participates with 70%, whereas the rest 30% belongs to Angelos Palmos, a Greek entreprenneur actively involved in Romania. Share capital of the company may increase to 500.000 Euros so long as new investments are required to be made.
According to the management of the listed company of Northern Greece, the Romanian market presents significant development prospects - and particularly in the construction industry - in view of its accession to the European Union.
BEST COMPANY FTSE-SMALL CAP/80
Meanwhile, the listed company Kleemann Hellas has earned once more a business distinction. The company won the 1st business award in the category «Best Company FTSE-SMALL CAP/80», during the 2006 "HRIMA" business awards.
The prizes are being awarded for the fourth consecutive year, aiming at the promotion of enterprises that take part in the development of the Stock Exchange institution and more generally the Greek economy, having as evaluating standards the development, investment, innovative actions and financial results of the companies and also the position towards investors.
The management of Kleemann Hellas considers this distinction as a reward of the successful course of the company and a demonstration of investor loyalty.
