Asvesta Eleni, our HR Manager participated in the HR IN ACTION event presenting KLEEMANN's policies about diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace.

Particularly, she stated that "The aim of our policy is to achieve a working environment of equality and justice where all employees will be able to deploy their full potential and develop their careers" pointing out the two most important values of our HR policy.

She went on presenting the results of her project which took place in our company explaining that a decade ago, only 5 % of KLEEMANN's sales staff were women whereas now the proportion of the female sales engineers has been increased to 30%.
