he Board of Directors of KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A announces that in accordance with its 132/09.09.2004 decision and the terms defined in article 16, par. 13 of C.L. 2190/1920, the Company during the period from 10.09.2004 to 13.09.2004 will sell 15.725 of own shares, which were acquired by the Company on 13.09.2001. The minimum sale price was set at € 4.40 per share.
