Announcement according to Law 3556/2007
KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on March 28th , 2008:
a) the President of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Nikolaos K. Koukountzos sold 120.000 common shares, with a total net value of euro 888.000,00.
b) the General Manager and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Konstantinos N. Koukountzos bought 40.000 common shares, with a total net value of euro 296.000,00.
c) the Commercial Manager (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Nikolaos N. Koukountzos bought 40.000 common shares, with a total net value of euro 296.000,00.
d) the Member of the BoDs of Subsidiary Company KLEFER (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mrs. Aikaterini N. Koukountzou bought 40.000 common shares, with a total net value of euro 296.000,00.
According to article 14(3) of Law 3556/2007, KLEEMANN announces that: following a written notification received by Mrs. Aikaterini N. Koukountzou on March 31st 2008, the percentage of said shareholder went up to the limit of 10% on March 28th 2008, and more specifically she owns 10,04% of the Company's voting rights. The percentage that she owned before the crucial transaction was 9,70%.
