Shareholders Menelaos Koukountzos, son of Konstantinos, Ekaterini Koukountzou, daughter of Menelaos and Konstantinos Koukountzos, son of Menelaos proceeded on 28/04/2010 to a share and voting rights part transfer from their individual Investor Accounts to a Common Investor Account in which all of them are co-beneficiaries. The total number of shares and voting rights transferred from individual Investor Accounts, of above shareholders, to a Common Investor Account, came to 1.514.290 shares and voting rights, a 6.403% of the share capital of the Company. After the above action, there were changes in thresholds as stated in N. 3556/2007, article 9, paragraph 1, concerning the Company's voting rights for the following shareholders:

A) Mrs. Ekaterini Koukountzou, daughter of Menelaos, before the above action, held a total of 762,568 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 3.225% of the share capital and voting rights. After the above action, she now holds 2,236,358 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 9.457% of the share capital and voting rights. (722,068 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 3.053% through individual Investor Account and 1,514,290 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 6.403% through Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Menelaos Koukountzos, son of Konstantinos and Konstantinos Koukountzos, son of Menelaos

B) Mr. Konstantinos Koukountzos, son of Menelaos, before the above action, held a total of 758.468 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 3.207% of the share capital and voting rights. After the above action, he now holds 2.186.358 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 9.245% of the share capital and voting rights. (672,068 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 2.842% through individual Investor Account and 1,514,290 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 6.403% through Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Menelaos Koukountzos, son of Konstantinos, Ekaterini Koukountzou, daughter of Menelaos.

There was not any change in thresholds as stated in Law 3556/2007, concerning the voting rights of Menelaos Koukountzos, son of Konstantinos.
