Shareholders Menelaos Koukountzos, son of Konstantinos, Ekaterini Koukountzou, daughter of Menelaos and Konstantinos Koukountzos, son of Menelaos proceeded on 03/06/2010 to a share and voting rights transfer from their individual Investor Accounts to the Common Investor Account in which all of them are co-beneficiaries. After the above action, there were changes in thresholds as stated in N. 3556/2007, article 9, paragraph 1, concerning the Company's voting rights for each of the above shareholders as follows:

A) Mr. Menelaos Koukountzos, son of Konstantinos, according to his last announcement, held the percentage of 10.38% of the share capital and voting rights. After the above action, he now holds 3,979,126 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 16.826% of the share capital and voting rights. (20,260 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 0.08567% through individual Investor Account and 3,958,866 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 16.74% through Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Konstantinos Koukountzos, son of Menelaos and Ekaterini Koukountzou, daughter of Menelaos.)

B) Mrs. Ekaterini Koukountzou, daughter of Menelaos, before the above action, held a total of 2,236,358 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 9.457% of the share capital and voting rights. After the above action, she now holds 3,958,906 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 16.74% of the share capital and voting rights. (40 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 0.000169% through individual Investor Account and 3,958,866 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 16,74% through Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Menelaos Koukountzos, son of Konstantinos and Konstantinos Koukountzos, son of Menelaos.)

C) Mr. Konstantinos Koukountzos, son of Menelaos, before the above action, held a total of 2,186,358 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 9.245 % of the share capital and voting rights. After the above action, he now holds 3,958,906 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 16.74% of the share capital and voting rights. (40 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 0.000169% through individual Investor Account and 3,958,866 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 16.74% through Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Menelaos Koukountzos, son of Konstantinos and Ekaterini Koukountzou, daughter of Menelaos.)
