Designed to look like stacked shipping containers and set against the historic Bristol Harbour City Wall, this unique development by Umbraslade blends creative design with practical living.

To support vertical mobility in this unique structure, HOISTWAY, a KLEEMANN company supplied and installed two state-of-the-art 630kg machine-room-less (MRL) lifts.
Integrated into concrete shafts with entrances embedded directly into the cargo-style façade, the lifts deliver both technical performance and seamless aesthetics.

Each unit was tailored to blend with the building’s industrial identity while maximizing internal space and energy efficiency. This project showcases KLEEMANN’s ability to provide intelligent, site-specific vertical mobility solutions, even in the most architecturally distinctive environments.
