Maintenance and Installation tools

At KLEEMANN, we constantly search for solutions that will facilitate the daily work of our collaborators.

That is why from this day on, the product range available via the KLEEMANN Portal is being upgraded with the addition of: maintenance and installation tools created by KLEEMANN.

Most of these tools have been designed and developed by KLEEMANN, specifically for the lift’s maintenance and installation processes. Apart from the optional products, the range includes tools that are indispensable to the technician’s work.

The complete range of tools includes:

1. Seal Replacement Kit

A kit for hydraulic lifts, essential for the seal replacement at the piston.

2. I-valve Hand Terminal

Hand terminal, essential to access the operation system of the I-Valve as well as the mandatory check test by external sectors.

3. Motor Elevation System

Optional system for the elevation of the motor inside the shaft, during installation.

4. Guide Rails Alignment Tool

The possession of guide alignment tool for the installation of the RPH-R guides is essential. Its use is optional to all other KLEEMANN lifts.

5. Pendant Station

Hand terminal providing access to operate the lift during maintenance or installation. It is available with a short electric cable of 30m, which allows handling next to the controller panel, or with a long 60m electric cable, which allows handling inside the shaft. It is essential for lifts with a Genius20 controller panel.

6. Doors Hand Terminal

VVVF Door hand terminal, essential in order to provide access to specialized parameters. It is used for maintenance.

7. Split Piston Tool Kit

A set of tools for the installation of split piston. Essential for the installation of a hydraulic elevator with split or double split piston.
