KLEEMANN HELLAS announces that its subsidiary in England, KLEEMANN LIFTS U.K. LTD has acquired 80.091% of the shares of Εlevator Services Group (Vic) Pty Ltd, a company in Sydney, Australia, for the amount of 3.6 million Australian Dollars.

The company's name will be changed to Kleemann Elevators Australia Pty limited. The activity of the company will be the trading of complete lifting systems, aiming to further strengthen the Group's presence in the Australian market, and to further promote the full product range of the Group.

Through the operation of the new subsidiary, the management of KLEEMANN aims to strengthen the Group's international sales.
