Dispatch Support Specialist

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Exports, Dispatch, or Logistics role
• Solid knowledge of customs procedures, international trade terms (Incoterms), and shipping documentation (B/L, CMR, commercial invoices)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating export shipments and domestic distribution operations
• Preparing and issuing all required shipping and transport documents
• Managing customs clearance documentation for outbound goods
• Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
• Communicating proactively with customers regarding shipment status and estimated delivery dates
