Koukountzos bought 750 common shares, with a total net value of euro 6.873,60.

Mr. Anastasios Kiriakidis, submitted his resignation for family reasons from the position of General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors of KLEEMANN, as well as from all positions he holds in the companies of KLEEMANN Group.
The Board of Directors expresses its recognition of the services Mr. Anastasios Kiriakidis offered to the Company during the last 10 years.

More specifically, according to the financial statements of the first semester of 2007, at parent company level, turnover came up to 46,5 mil. euros against 36,3 mil. euros in the corresponding semester of the previous year, showing an increase of 28,0%, while the EBITDA amounted to 7,7 mil. Euros, in the semester of 2007, against 6,7 mil. Euros, in the same period of 2006, presenting a 15,0% increase.
KLEEMANN announces that the 2007 Summary of Financial Statements for the period 01/01/2007 - 30/06/2007 will be published on Thursday 30th of August, 2007 in «NAFTEMPORIKI» newspaper, in congruence to the Capital Markets Commission BoD decision 2/396/31.08.2006. The above Statements (period 01/01 - 30/06/2007) will also be posted on the company website and A.S.E. website (www.ase.gr).

KLEEMANN announces that yesterday on 31/07/2007 at 20:30 p.m a fire burst out at the installations of the Company provoking limited material damages. The fire got started at one of the Company’s buildings of 15.000 sq. m. out of the 6 buildings of total surface of 65.000 sq. m. in the Industrial Area of Stavrochori – Kilkis.
The Management would like to thank the Fire Brigade for the immediate intervention, the Greek voluntary Rescue Team for the valuable help, and the employees for their help.
