Within the framework of the article 10 par. 1 of L. 3340/2005 provisions, of 3/347/12-07-2005 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the article 276 of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, Kleemann Hellas S.A. announces that the establishment of a new subsidiary in Bucharest, Romania will be completed until the end of the current year.
It is about a Limited Liability Company (LTD) with 2 (two) corporate shares.

KLEEMANN announced the commencement of operation of the lift Modernization Consulting Center for elevators in an event organized by the company in Athens - on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 of May - with central theme "Contemporary trends and opportunities in the elevator industry".
The center was created having as a principle the improvement of its customers' support concerning the needs arising from the transitional provisions of the new national legislation on modernizations of old elevators.
