Kleemann Hellas reported significant increases at turnover and profitability level as regards both the parent company and the Group for the fiscal year 2005.
Specifically, and according to the annual financial statements of 2005, which were compiled based on the International Financial Reporting Standards-IFRS, profits before taxes of the parent company amounted to 10,20 million Euros, against 9,10 million Euros in the equivalent period of 2004, reflecting an increase of 12,1%.

Specifically, and according to the annual financial statements of 2005, which were compiled based on the International Financial Reporting Standards-IFRS, profits before taxes of the parent company amounted to 10,20 million Euros, against 9,10 million Euros in the equivalent period of 2004, reflecting an increase of 12,1%.
A major increase (14,7%) was reported for profits after taxes of the parent company Kleemann Hellas in the ninth month period of the current fiscal year compared to the respective period of last year.
According to the financial statements of the nine month period of 2005, which were compiled based on the International Reporting Standards-IFRS, profits after taxes of the parent company amounted to 5,672 mil. Euros against 4,944 mil. Euros in the nine month period of 2004.
The first semester of 2005 of Kleemann Hellas "closed" with a very significant increase of 38,6% in profits after taxes, compared to the respective period of last year.
Specifically, according to the financial statements of the semester, which were compiled based on the International Financial Reporting Standards-IFRS, profits of the parent company amounted in the examined period of the current financial year to 3,371 million euros against 2,432 million Euros in the first semester of 2004.
A significant increase (44%) was reported for profits after taxes of Kleemann Hellas in the first quarter of the current fiscal year compared to the respective period of last year.
According to the financial statements of the quarter, which were compiled based on the International Financial Reporting Standards-IFRS, profits of the parent company amounted to 1,618 mil. Euros against 1,121 mil. euros in the first quarter of 2004.
Kleemann Hellas is getting very positive indications from the promising market of Turkey, expecting a significant increase of 22,4% in its turnover in the neighboring country for 2005.
The promising indications of Kleemann as well as the strengthening of the market awareness of the company in the rapidly expanding market of Turkey were confirmed during the 9th International Elevators & Escalators "Asansor Istanbul", which took place at TÜYAP exhibition center in Istanbul (from 14 until 17 of April).
Kleemann Hellas, during the fiscal year of 2005, accelerates its investments and is further expanding internationally by establishing a subsidiary in Serbia, Kleemann Liftovi.
